Booking in advance is essential. A deposit of 50% is to be paid into our account within 48 hours to confirm a booking. Guests make use of these facilities at their own risk. The proprietors, agents and/or employees shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including, but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise. No credit cards accepted. (PayPal payments accepted) No cheques accepted. Occupation after 14:00 on day of arrival. Units must be evacuated before 11:00 on day of departure or a late departure levy will be charged. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Facility not suitable for children under 12. A cleaning service is provided daily (except over Weekends). Laundry service available during the week at extra charge (24hour turn-around time). CANCELLATION POLICY:All cancellations must be done in writing.In the event of a cancellation, within 30-14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation charge will apply. 13-7 days: 75% cancellation charge. Less than 7 days or no show: Guest forfeits full payment.
